- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Construction
- Proven experience in managing electrical departments or large construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, generators, transformers, ATS, PLC, cable installation, testing, and commissioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
