- 17–20 years of relevant MEP experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in large-scale construction, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and BMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of international MEP codes, standards, and engineering practices.
- Proven experience managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project planning, cost control, quality, and HSE knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with international contractors or consultants is an advantage.
- PMP or relevant professional certification is a plus.
