- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, implementation coordination, customer onboarding, field operations, or technology projects (for standard role)
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including multi-location or team coordination (for Senior role)
- Working English is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills
- Willingness to do field work and travel
- Experience with government, enterprise, or digital transformation projects is an advantage
