- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant industrial experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lubricant manufacturing, oil blending, petrochemical production, or oil and gas companies is preferred
