- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant hands-on maintenance experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial facilities
- Practical, hands-on experience relevant to the applied trade/discipline
- Good understanding of Oil & Gas site HSE requirements, including Permit to Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, and safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under site conditions and according to the project's working schedule/shift requirements
- Candidates must be physically and professionally capable of performing field-based maintenance duties
